These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Host256.com, a product of Black Knight Africa Limited (“Company”), and any individual (“Agent”) who applies to and participates in the Host256 Commission Agent Program.
1.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and application. 1.2 You must be at least 18 years old. 1.3 Host256 reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2.1 Approved applicants will be granted non-exclusive rights to act as commission agents. 2.2 This Agreement does not create any employment relationship. You act as an independent agent.
3.1 You agree to promote Host256 products ethically and avoid misleading practices. 3.2 You shall not engage in spam, fraud, or unauthorized branding.
4.1 All leads submitted must be genuine and verifiable. 4.2 Host256 reserves the right to validate or reject any lead.
5.1 Commissions are earned only when a client is successfully converted and payment is received. 5.2 Commission rates are determined solely by Host256 and may vary.
6.1 Commission payments will be made periodically. 6.2 Host256 reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of fraud suspicion.
7.1 Host256 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any agent account at any time. 7.2 Agents are responsible for their login security.
8.1 Agents may be required to upload identification. 8.2 You grant Host256 the right to verify and securely store these documents.
9.1 All trademarks and logos remain the property of Black Knight Africa Limited. 9.2 Agents may only use approved marketing materials.
10.1 Host256 shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11.1 Either party may terminate participation at any time. 11.2 Access to the system will be revoked upon termination.
12.1 Host256 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. 12.2 Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
13.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Uganda.
